Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to return an item.
Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be in its original condition, unused and undamaged,
- be returned with its labels and in its original packaging,
- come with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions and a return label.
Please note: returns sent without a prior request cannot be accepted.
Damaged items or wrong order
Please check your parcel as soon as you receive it.
If an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can offer you a suitable solution.
Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- discounted products,
- gift cards.
If you have any question about a specific item, feel free to contact us before you buy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return the product concerned and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Right of withdrawal in the European Union
In accordance with European regulations, customers located in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal without having to give a reason.
The conditions are the same: the item must be unused, with its labels, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know by email whether your refund has been approved or refused.
If the refund is approved, it will be made automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
